Chapter 1

“You can book it as long as you like. We have some renovations due in a few months, so we’d be happy to offer you a discount if you want it for a slightly longer term,” the message read.

I grabbed the remote and turned the rugby down. The Wallabies were playing like strangers who’d met in the parking lot five minutes before kickoff, but if I was honest, I’d barely watched any of it.

“Hey,” I called out.

A second later Graham appeared around the corner.

He was still naked, a wooden spoon hanging loosely from one hand, his cock dangling perfectly over his balls. He looked at ease wandering around the cabin naked, as though wearing clothes had become the unusual thing.

“What’s up?”

“The owner said we could have this place for up to a few months at a discounted rate. They’re doing renovations at some point.”

For a moment he simply stood there, absorbing what I said. He looked down for a second, then his eyes drifted to me. The corner of his mouth lifted into a smile so small most people would never have noticed it.

“That’s really great. Kind of perfect, actually,” he said, licking the wooden spoon.

The late afternoon sun streamed through the kitchen window behind him, turning the edges of his blond hair almost white. He’d obviously skipped shaving for a few days, the short beard softening a face I couldn’t stop looking at. His shoulders filled the doorway, strong from years of treating athletes as much as training beside them, pale blond hair on his chest that caught the light every time he shifted. One hip rested against the doorframe, his weight settled comfortably onto one leg.

He disappeared back to the cooking without another thought.
